Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Please bring a Yoga Mat for laying down
**unfortunately we will not have extra on hand due to the number of guests**
Q. What do I wear?
A. We recommend to wear layered clothing, as breathwork can sometimes change your body temperature (although we do have a heated floor, it’s good to have just in case)
Q. Can I bring my own food/drinks?
A. No outside food will be allowed in the space, but we will have some small bites available. As well, please note that we are an ALCOHOL-FREE space. This is a very important rule as it complies with upholding the integrity of the journey and the safety of other attendees. Drinks will be provided by the staff
Q. Should I eat before?
A. Due to the nature of breathwork we encourage you to have a light meal before arrival.
Q. When should I arrive?
A. Doors OPEN AT 6:30PM, please do not arrive earlier, as we will not have the space to accommodate//as well please be mindful and allot yourself time for traffic and parking as we have a hard start at 7:30pm. Due to the nature of this event, we will not be accepting latecomers as it disrupts the experience of the other guests.
Q. Do you have anywhere to place my jacket/belongings?
A. No bags or jackets will be permitted in the Journey Room due to space.
There will be Coat-Check available for FREE upon entry. This is to allow room for all attendees to sit comfortably as we have a full house! :)
Q. Is there anything else I should know?
A. Please come with an open mind and heart. Leave your judgements and reservations at the door. Trust that you will be held by the experience and guided to what you need to feel and where you need to be.
Q. How do I get there? Is there parking?
A. There is a Green P parking in Distillery, as well as street parking on King St. E
To enhance your journey and that of your fellow participants, we kindly request your cooperation with the following guidelines:
- Embrace the Present: We ask you to keep a mindful volume once in the Journey Room, allowing yourself to down regulate before we start. Once the experience begins and the lights gently dim, let silence be our shared language, fostering an environment of deep reflection and introspection.
- Disconnect to reconnect: To fully immerse yourself in the present moment, please ensure your phones are on silent mode. Let's honor the sanctity of our breathwork and meditation practices by refraining from phone use during the actual experience. We will have time to take photos during the sound healing and post show.
- Prepare mindfully: We encourage you to attend to any personal needs, such as using the restroom, before the experience begins. This ensures uninterrupted engagement with the transformative journey ahead.
- Cultivate connections: Embrace the opportunity to forge new connections by introducing yourself to fellow guests. Let's create a community of shared experiences and mutual support.
- Radiate openness and kindness: Let your heart guide you as you interact with others. Feel free to express yourself authentically and join in with the harmony of collective voices.

Starts at 8:00pm, included with a July 14th Lite-Brite ticket. Test your knowledge with pop-culture Immersive Trivia from the 80’s and 90’s in our immersive atmosphere and enjoy playing your favourite board games from your childhood.

INTERACT WITH THE SHOW
Engage with the show's interactive features, using Lidar sensors to track guests, allowing them to interact with floors and walls, creating unique magical moments throughout the experience.
Get Creative: After the show, guests can play the original Lite-Brite game in personal or large formats, craft their own designs, or find inspiration in the Lite-Brite Imagination Gallery showcasing artworks by local Toronto artists. Before guests leave, they can take home a unique Lite-Brite photo print.
