Billy Reid embarked on his culinary journey right here in Las Vegas, establishing the foundation of his career. In 2007, he ventured to the renowned wine country, where his exceptional culinary skills earned him the esteemed title of "best chef" in Sonoma, as recognized by Sonoma Magazine in 2014, and further acknowledged in various national cookbooks. Following his success, Billy Reid oversaw a collection of small restaurants throughout the Bay Area while also making notable appearances on
Food Network and competing in culinary shows before returning to Las Vegas, Chef Billy and collaborating with renowned chef Bobby Flay.
